Reading and saved checklists

You can browse the journal without creating an account. Checklist choices are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not appointment requests and are not sent to the studio. Reset the checklist or clear your browser’s site data to remove them.

Ask Donna chat

The home page’s AI concierge sends your submitted message and recent conversation context to the website’s Google Cloud hosted service, which uses Google’s AI services to generate a response. Recent chat history is stored locally in your browser for continuity. Avoid sending sensitive medical, payment or identification details.

Voice conversations

If you choose voice and permit microphone access, audio and conversation data are processed through ElevenLabs to provide the conversation. Microphone access starts only when you choose the voice experience. Ending the conversation stops the active microphone capture. Consult ElevenLabs’ privacy notice for its processing and retention terms.

Bookings and external links

Bookings are completed on Vagaro. Vagaro handles information you submit there under its own terms and privacy notice. Instagram and directions links also take you to external services.

Contact the studio through its official Vagaro profile or Instagram account for privacy questions. Do not submit confidential details in a public comment.
